There are several unknowns when a client is buying a property. However, one of the biggest unknowns that isn’t commonly investigated is Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). The presence of contaminants such as harmful mold in the air can pose a serious risk to those who occupy a property after purchase. This risk is usually not detected by a home inspector or commercial building inspector.
