Along with that, every field inspection involves taking samples of the air and surfaces around a property for analysis by a third-party laboratory to determine if potentially harmful mold or other substances are present and in what concentration.
Immediately following any report of water damage, mold or negative health conditions by a tenant, a mold inspection with testing should be conducted. It will demonstrate your willingness to take action for the well-being of the tenant and prevent potentially harmful outcomes.
